Important Note: All Web-based trainings are scheduled on Eastern time. All on-site trainings are scheduled on local time.
For on-site industry trainings, if you cancel your registration less than
five days prior to the training, we will retain $50 per person of the registration fee.
For Web-based trainings, you must register at least one business day prior to the training.
If you want to cancel a Web-based training, you must cancel, in writing (by e-mail), at least two hours before the training. Otherwise, you will be billed for the full price of the training.
NOTE: Tenmast reserves the right to cancel any web training that does not meet a required minimum of three attendees.
